Dr. Daniel Bravo, DC
Dr. Bravo is the founder of SER, the Institute for Better Aging and Wellness. A doctor in chiropractic and integrative medicine, and a certified acupuncturist, Dr. Bravo received his degree from the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba. He completed his residency in sports medicine at the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences and his chiropractic training at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minnesota.
Jessica Hernández, CHHC
Jessica received her professional training as a psychologist at the University of the Americas at Mexico. After several years of providing private therapy she realized that most of her patient’s problems were a result of a lack of emotional nutrition. For this reason, Jessica decided to certify as a Health and Nutrition Coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, based in New York. Currently she is certifying in Clinical Nutrition and Functional Medicine at the University of Miami.
Her strong academic preparation has given her extensive knowledge in Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching and the importance of practicing preventive care. Her professional experience and her academic preparation, helps Jessica’s clients make gradual changes in their diet and lifestyle that produce real and lasting results.
